Strictly necessary
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again on every visit. This contains no personal data and needs no consent.
Advertising: Meta Pixel (only with your consent)
The Meta Pixel lets us measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who have visited the site. It records the pages you visit together with browser and device information. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which is jointly responsible with us for collecting this data. Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you news about releases, tours and merch. The newsletter is run through Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time through the link at the bottom of every email, and your address is then removed from our list. Third-party content loaded by the site
Some parts of the site are loaded from other services. When this happens your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address. We use them on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Bandsintown (Bandsintown Inc., USA) provides our tour dates.
- Netlify (Netlify Inc., USA) hosts the site. Its servers keep standard access logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Links to other websites
The site links to our merch stores, streaming services, YouTube, social media and ticket sellers. Once you leave benthos-band.com, the privacy policy of that website applies.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of the providers above are based in the United States or may process data there. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how it is processed;
- receive it in a portable format;
